If I were Hextall ( and I would assume talks like these have already taken place) I would let him know that we have no intentions of buying him out, and that he will never be an every day player for them again. They have a different direction they are looking to go and want to get the younger guys more experience.

Pretty much let him know, if you have any desire to play at all again, you better think about terminating

lets see he started college about 10 years ago he's 29 now meaning he was 19 and he played multiple seasons in college that's just like playing in the AHL at 19
