Yea , when we have company over we get the large pizza/15 wing/breadstick "specal" and I pick it up but you are right it is just about $40.00

I sat Tuesday night behind a lady and her husband - he was as old as me she was way older than my wife. She had a jersey on, with the name "Heschootzie". Like if it was a real player, RJ would yell "Heschootzie scores!"

Sitting behind her and seeing that jersey made me a little dejected.

One of my Dad's lame jokes was that the Sabres drafted him and that Ted Darling would say "Heschootsie scores!"...this was in, like, 1975.

I also like his joke about the Mexican guy who was impressed with his first pro baseball game because before the game, someone sang "Jose, can you see...?"

Then there was the joke in which the punchline is, "that's nacho cheese!"

Gene's been gone 22 years and I still miss the heck out of him.

Yeah, I've seen a "Schutzie" jersey before, and have overheard people in the arena asking about "him" if he was playing tonight, pretty bad. I wish I were bullpoopting too, but you just can't make this stuff up.

Except I don't like that paper thin stuff either. But he definitely wasn't wrong about deep-dish. I guess it all comes down to preference and where you grew up. Let's just all be thankful we don't live in the South, or out West where good pizza is about as common as a Chupacabra.

I have a life long friend that moved to Chicago for business reasons.
Been there for over 12 years now.
He cries to me all the time of how much he misses pizza back home in Buffalo.

I think he deserves about a month to get back into playing shape and mode. I am sure he will have some very bad games up to that point, but I think that is a reasonable grace period considering his length of absence. Mid February I will be looking to critique his performances. Until then he gets a pass from me. If he gets injured again... now that's another story. And I literally just knocked on wood.

1. Always been a fan of the deep dish, who doesn't love more pie in their pie?
2. Tonights game will be close saying to goes to OT and we lose cause 3-3 is crazy awesome but we cant keep up with that.
