Tarasenko, Schwartz, Parayko, Shatty, PTR, Stastny, Steen et al... playing hockey instead of Hitch's "will imposition" game. That would be scary. The skill is there.

I dont get why its so hard to believe Stamkos would sign with the Leafs. First they have tons of cap coming off the books next year, Second he'd be a perfect captain for a rebuild. Why would he not want to be in his hometown he'd be (Franking) god.

It's not so hard to believe...Why it offends so many is kinda weird...If Stamakos is a FA come July 1 him landing in TO is a real possibility one would think...

Other than that he plays for TB and i'm sure they want to get him signed and a deal should get done...

Given the reaction from some with the very notion of him landing in TO if it happened pretty sure there would be mass suicide...

but 35-40 goals sliding down to 25 by the end of the contract is my expectation

Look for me if he were to stay in tampa he would have signed an extension right after the finals, who doesn't sign an extension after reaching the finals if they like where there at makes no sense to me. I believe he wants to play in a hockey crazy city. Toronto is indeed a hockey crazy city. Even though i hate to admit it.

Hahaha I wouldn't dought mass suicide. Just wondering if your yzerman at the moment don't you have to look for some sort of trade for him. You can't loose Stammer for nothing.
