Nope, I was at home watching "Suspect Zero" for the "October Surprise". I looked out my window when the movie started, and I was like "oh great, it's snowing in early October, but it's warm, it won't stick." then my roommate, same friend incidentally, came home from work and said that there were trees down all over, so we went for a quick walk to Kenmore and Englewood and one of the little side streets was completely blocked because a huge limb had fallen into the road, so we took a few pictures and then went home to find a power line had fallen on the chainlink fence in our backyard and was arcing like a mofo, lighting up the entire neighborhood. Can't really confuse that.

Why no Pysysk? I thought he'd be a given in the starting lineup

And grew up in NT, so I missed most of the lake effect snows, but still had a good deal of doozies, but I think the most snow we ever got in a single storm there was just about 3 feet. Obviously there were storms where we had real bad drifting that was up to 5 or 6 feet. But NT is in a bit of a dead zone for lake effect, and I was always pissed off that districts both north and south of us got snow days, but we still had to go because we only got 8 or 9 inches when everyone else got twice as much.

My two roommates and I watched that game at the Buffalo Wild Wings at the Elmwood Regal plaza, because we didn't have power and they were the one of the only ones close that did, and that place was packed, standing room only and it was impossible to get to the bar. I believe Kotalik scored in that game. I don't know why, but I keep seeing him when I think about that game.

Goosie knows about snow storms . I was in the southern-tier for 2 of them. Both times I didnt know till the 11pm news. City was shut down.
