long enough to know they have never tried to exploit the low-end of the rfa market

Better answer: long enough to know that the 3rd rounder ends up being a Conn Smythe winner

Last three seasons, including current. Can't find total games missed due to injury, however.

Reimer: 89gp
Bernier: 133gp

- DamnBrasKiss

Tsn player page (bio tab) tells you when player was injured and how many games they missed. Since bernier has been a leaf they have both missed 18 games.

How many has Reims missed total? He missed a pile after the head shot from Gionta...who did we throw in the nets then? I can't remember.

Do a Google search and look at all the images, there are tons of them. Some funny, some just sad.

last draft the leafs essentially had the equivalent of 2 full draft years worth of draft picks.

after this years trade deadline sell-offs, i expect them to have essentially 2 full years worth of draft picks again.

that's essentially 4 drafts in 2 years. The leafs should be done stocking the cupboards.

the shift needs to focus from full on acquire draft picks to long-term player acquisition and draft pick management.

You can't be scared to trade away a draft pick. But you can't be left with none either. There has to be a plan to reacquire draft picks/prospects through other trades so you don't allow the cupboards to go bare ... and that was the failure of past leafs management groups.

Andersen, Hellebuyck or Hutchinson I'd be interested in the Leafs acquiring one of them but the rest

Sparks almost looks ready for a backup job or do you keep him on the marlies for another few years.

I'd like to see a frieddie Anderson for kadri or jvr . But that will never happen . Or gm is a golie horder .

Grass is always greener.

I'd rather just roll with who we have for now, and only strike when/if the time is right. You never know what kind of situation will develop.

In 2-3 years, maybe Blackwood is pushing Schneider out of NJ and he becomes available. You never know.

But we may as well - at minimum - ride out Bernier's last year here and let Sparks or Bibeau back him up. See if you can get any sort of picks for Reimer.

Yeah Anderson is not worth that. Goalies' values are not high on the trade market.

Listed at missing 18 games from that. Gustavsson took over #1 and scrivener came up.

That's when the monster had won 5in a row with 3 shutouts and they took him out to put riemer back in.

We'll look back on this season and be so happy for having Bernier. Without him we're in a worthless fight for 9th. He's de-railed all of Babcock's magic.

Really? That's the first place I went and couldn't find it...I know TSN used to give a total break down of games missed to injury.
