Duchene is on my fantasy squad and he has been playing very good lately. I just hadn't realized he was on the wing now with MacK.
Why is Landy so low?? - JVince11

I know people want to trade Franson but he is our 2nd highest scoring DMen.. McCabe is 3rd. We need him on our 2nd pairing IMO.
Drouin would cost us Girgnesons AND Ennis.. the asking price so far according to some Wild writers was Dumba. We don't have that. - JVince11
i think we would have to offer reinhart or our first in 16 or 17. not interested. adding pieces probably wont help as tampa is about 2.7m under the cap. we would have to take back something too. |

This is a most likely scenario. We would have to take Carle or Filppula I'd bet. Both are pretty much dead weight with term left.
Not interested in trading ROR, Eichel, Reinhart, Kane, Girgensons, or Risto. |

Not a doubt in my mind he's going to look bad for a bit, but I'm a patient person, I'll have no issues (overall) with him the remainder of the season. This is his conditioning stint - hopefully 25+ games the rest of the way |

That's the thing. Having to take a contract back from Tampa lessens Drouins value a bit. |

Different approach regarding Moulson.
I heard rob ray and he was telling Peters on HH about how tough it is to do anything when all you hear about is how bad youre playing and how much you suck and how bad your contract is.
How do you get the confidence back? He's in a mega slump no doubt, but he's not 'this' bad. Keeping him on the 4th line imo is not going to fix anything but with the slump its hard to sneak him into the top six...
Maybe wait until the trade deadline and try to get him with ROR to get the ball rolling "hopefully" then slide back to a line 2 or 3 winger? |

that's on the coach
he has done nothing to put moulson in a place to be serviceable
in part it's a numbers game, with foligno up on the third line but.......
there is no reason why they can't put him on second team pp, or give him a few shifts with other lines during the game |

Goaltending is very much about timing. It's probably going to be a bit tough for a while. Unfortunately, the main way for him to get that timing back is by playing in games. You can't really simulate the speed of the game in practice or even at the AHL level. The more he plays though, the better his timing should get and the more comfortable he'll be. Hopefully that means he feels more confident, which does wonders for a how a goaltender performs as well. Just look at Johnson. He's been much better over the last few months than he was for the first two weeks or so after Lehner went down. |

He has. Not necessarily every game, but he's gotten time with other lines/groups of guys. He just seems to be a bit snake bitten right now, which isn't helping. He's had a few good opportunities in games recently but wasn't able to bury any. |

I think he was on the 2nd pp currently.
i agree, Dans gotta do something imo to get him going because itll only get worse and we dont need the Gomez issue where its the entire city on him |

Missed this at first. I think this a great choice. ROR seems like the best fit. Even if its like 3 shifts thats fine. Use offensive zone starts for them too |

Watched him for a shift during the Peg game. I don't think he left the neutral zone the 20sec he was out there. |

That leaves a might big hole in our defense. It would guarantee a top four pick in draft though. But, I'm not sure Tampa would go for it, Carrier value has to be pretty low at this point. I would see if I could start a conversation with Tampa at Ennis, Bailey/Bap, 2nd rd pick. |
