What are the chances Reinhart stays at RW for the long term? He looks to be solidifying at the position and I don't see him being a #2 center until he fills out a little bit.
You guys agree? - Sabre_Tooth
He's playing successfully at wing with his frame now (though he could always use more strength) - centers don't need as much bulk I assume, right? (my thinking being that they're typically not as close to the walls to be beaten)

If you think that both Reinhart and Girgensons are wingers at least until O'Reilly slows down enough that he needs to be moved to wing, they really only need one winger to solidify their top 6.
That and a quality D man will make a world of difference next year, assuming you believe Larsson can be the 3rd line C, which I do.
Now, if they could somehow get rid of Moulson, I certainly like the looks of what it could be below.
Kane - O'Reilly - Reinhart
Player X (Finn winger) - Eichel - Girgensons
McGinn - Larsson - Ennis
Foligno/Deslauriers - Schaller/Foligno - Gionta

I want nothing to do with Ennis on the 3rd line. He isn't a 3rd line forward and I don't see him as a Top 6 player when the Sabres are ready to make real noise in the playoffs.
Move him for a young defenseman or package him up in the trade for Drouin. Moving Ennis and his $5 million makes taking Carle an option.

I am pretty much done taking bad contracts from other teams as we already have enough with the likes of Moulson, Gorges, Gionta, and Bogosian. - kingcong39
Half of those contracts were signed by Murray.
Hope for expansion and Moulson which is the worst contract of the remaining ones gets selected.
