Thank you. I biggest trouble I'm having is finding it. It flew out from under the stairs when I went to go get my laundry, but I was in my underwear so I went back up stairs got dressed and grabbed a flashlight. Haven't seen it since. - chilliard77
I got one out of my house once using a lacrosse stick; my buddy had a tennis racket. Our method was not endorsed by the Humane Society.

Used to see them every year at Darien. Warren and Derek would kill it every time. All good things come to an end though unfortunately. - Frizzlefry
Yeah, when I lived in Buffalo, many people told me i should get out there to see that annual show. Never made it.
As far as 80's bands(70's including Van Halen) I've seen in the past 10-12 years:
Van Halen, once- Meh, Sammy was about 230 lbs, guess no more blow for him. Eddie looked like a skeleton.
Metallica, three times- Saw them in '03 at Summer Sanatarium at SkyDome and they were upstaged by Limp Bizkit. I've seen them twice since. Getting worse by the year.
Megadeth, once- Pretty good actually.
Dream Theater, three times- Very good. - Wetbandit1
I saw Metallica/G&R and Faith No more at the Ralph….had to have been 90? 91? Only time i ever set foot in that stadium. Good show though.
I wouldn't bother seeing VH without Diamond Dave. Probably never going to seriously happen in my lifetime.
Megadeth/Dream theater, never saw…..Limp Bizkit =
Should be a good time, cool to have front row seats to a living legend.
However, plant sounds terrible singing zeppelin songs. I know thats what most people want to hear, but its unfair to him. I dont really think he sounds good in general anymore. I watched a concert with his 'world' band on palladia awhile back and they butchered a few zeppelin songs.
At least musically that video was accurate and sounded pretty good. - ieetbred
It's so frustrating finding decent concerts these days from the "vets"
for every neil young and john fogerty on tour still holding their own, 25 should retire or stick to playing at the local fairs

My point exactly. It didn't help that Metallica were the last set of the show. It went someone I honestly can't remember, Linkin Park, who put on a decent show, and actually stopped mid-song when he saw someone had fallen in the pit and was having trouble getting up. Then Limp Bizkit, they honestly blew the roof off the place, and then like 90 minutes after they went off Metallica came on, and put on an ok show and James Hetfield still mostly had his voice, but after Limp Bizkit and the super long wait and going on at like 10:00pm after 4 hours of other shows, they could've been better. The second time I saw them was at HSBC when Godsmack opened for them, and again they pretty much got shown up by Godsmack, and James' voice was already in a fast decline, and they started playing everything down tuned half a step with a ton of distortion, so all the old stuff sounded like poop. And the new stuff was poop, so that didn't help. The third time I barely remember, but it plain sucked, and they ruined the ice for the next night on top of it.
Edit: Death Magnetic was ok, a thousand times better than St. Anger, but then pretty much anything would've been, so I'm not sure how much of it was low expectations. I just read that they're laying down new stuff for a new album slated for release later this year, very curious.

Bad? No, but not remotely comparable to Master, ...And Justice for All, and Kill 'Em All. Load and Reload have some very good songs, some of my favorites actually; like King Nothing, Until it Sleeps, and Hero of the Day, Fuel, The Memory Remains, The Unforgiven II, and I'll probably catch poop for this, but I think Carpe Diem Baby is one of their most underrated songs, but they have few stinkers in there too like Mama Said, Thorn Within, and Ronnie, Fixxxer, Bad Seed, and Prince Charming.
