He and Weber are both not making much and are both not very good defenders. I guess my answer is: I care. |

I know that, but if we're going to get rid of everyone that's either a vet or makes more than 4 million we'll have an entire team of players like this. |

I don't mind losing, but I hope they hang on to Edler/tanev... the rest are pretty brutal. Although Sbisa has been impressive, I'm being serious. |

They tend to happen banging one's head on a patio lanterns, being a wild party and conducting one's Rock and Roll duty |

There's a difference between hard times and an Oilers style rebuild. Even with all the luck they've had winning the lottery, they're still 10 years in. |

I'm pro-pumpkin, but weber/bart have got to go ASAP. I'm fine losing with HUtton/sbisa/biega learning the NHL game and a bit of trial by fire, but those two... I dunno |

The Defence needs a makeover.
Hutton and Biega are decent finds . Now it's time to always look to improve on the entire back end , one piece at a time. |

The Washington Model would suggest that you are correct.
Remember how they started this latest rebuild by spending big bucks on Niskanen and Orpik? Got rid of Mike Green, brought Carlson along...
They've had some injuries along the way, but that's a major overhaul in just a couple of seasons for a team that was pretty good. |

Carlson and Alzner were both great 1st/2nd round draftpicks... Canucks could learn a thing or two! Orlov seems pretty good too. Gotta love the name: Count Orlov |

Prime example of poor cap management:
The Caps are paying Evgeni Kuznetsov, Justin Williams, and Karl Alzner just $0.4M more than the Canucks are paying Dorsett, Prust, and Sbisa |

I know we are losing but I still see a lot of positives . Bo is a beauty . He is a future Hank.
We have 2-3 key players out and Miller kinda sucked on the second one. I think soon this team will be competitive |

Kuznetzov and Alzner are both draftpicks on bridge contracts, as in the team has negotiating rights and leverage.
I do think that both Dorsett and Prust are plugs however and hopefully they are gone soon. |
