I'd much rather peg him a future Kopi than a Datsyuk. No one is Datsyuk except Datsyuk. I've seen Barkov play maybe 15 times, outside of Sabres games.

Like I said, I don't really know the players, but it's not sounding like they're worth all that much, yet it took weeks for teams to work out some magical way to attain these stars??

Looking at this trade now, after looking up Bartley...and I'm more confused than ever.

It took weeks for MTL to determine what pieces fit a puzzle to get the almighty John Scott and Victor Bartley - a guy who I presume has been through waivers at some point this season since he has AHL and NHL time after a 37 game 14/15 season in the NHL.

So that trade was a big bowl of nothing. Biggest piece (literally) is John Scott. If that one took weeks, any 3 way trade between the Sabres and Flyers that is actually good will most likely be done by the time Ennis is about to be a UFA

It needs to be a forward with a low celery. Ennis will not cut it, unless you are taking several bad contracts back with it.

Lol look at Ennis' salary, it is pretty damn low. Several bad contracts in return? Are you serious? We'd probably would have to take 1 single bad contract in return.

I dont know. They have had that wallpaper since before the season started. You would think they would wait till after the season. And I have no idea why they wouldnt use better quality images to replace them...
