I have no children or grandchildren and my wife flies out of town Monday for a week for work. She flies to the east coast every 6-8 weeks. At this point, I don't even care. Its just another week to me.

when she's gone that much, it kinda loses it's luster. I used to get a 12 pack per game, listen to AC/DC till 1:00 am, but with her traveling so much, it just gets old….to the point where I wish she didn't travel so much.
6-8 weeks for a week at a time is a little rough.
I know it sounds lame, but Im 44. Im not so much in to partying for the sake of partying anymore. Especially on a week night.

Understood . Working all week I only have the weekend to get things done when I need daylight. Me ant my girl just moved in together past August. But together the past 6 years 4 days/nights a week. Easy transition.
