Without looking I think he's only had a decent shooting % 1-2 years of the 6 he's played.
I don't hate Kane (even though I am on him a lot here) I guess I just had higher expectations for him. Especially if he's going to play 20 minutes a night. You should be scoring 25-30 with that ice time - sbroads24
I've heard Brad May say that Eichel is tough to play with right now & has to learn how to play with others better.
Not the first time I've heard that
Let's see how Kane does now that he's playing with O'Reilly
I wanna see more goals too,
But I think they'll come
For what it's worth, you might be surprised on the amount of guys that get a lot of icetime and aren't scoring this year
Zetterberg & Datsyuk stick out (just watched the wings game last night)

To me, the only way they can sign McGinn is they can somehow get rid of Moulson, and since that isn't likely to happen, I just don't see it. - kingcong39
Why do you say that?

Kane-I am prepared to take slack for this
Guhle-As well as this
RoR-Which is why I saved this guy for last
Wouldn't trade any one of these folks for almost any package including Drouin. - RhinoFan
I wouldn't give you any problems over saying Kane is untouchable. He's got 30 something games under his belt as a member of the Sabres. Not quite enough time, and given the price you don't bail on him that quickly especially coming off a surgery like that.
I think Guhle is untradable in the sense that I believe the Sabres really like him, and that a team would never give up what Murray would take for him.
I don't think Murray likes Drouin's style of play, he's soft. And given his stance on players asking for trades from before Friday nights game. I doubt he likes his attitude either. |

I remember seeing that too. And he's right. I think Eichel got a little frustrated early in the season when he was setting guys up left and right and they couldn't bury it, so he said "(frank) it, I'll do it myself.". But lately he's been getting some more assists, especially primary ones, so I think he's coming along quite nicely. He 14 games before he got his first assist, and now he has 14.And a lot of people were female doging about his not playing the top PP unit for a while, but he's got 4 and 4 on the PP so far this year which is about 30% of his total points. And he's 17th in the league in SOG which is nice. I thought he'd have more assists by now, but at the beginning of the year I said I'd be happy with 55 points out of him. And unless he goes super cold he should get about 50. Which would be 4 points more than the team leader (Ennis) last year. That's pretty damn good no matter how you cut it. I never bought into the point per game nonsense. It's so rare to see that today period(although this year seems to be a bit of an outlier with 4 guys averaging a PPG and a handful of others very, very close to it). Let alone from a rookie on one of the worst offensive teams in history the previous year. |

It's good to know some of us do listen to WGR 55 - Sabresfan88
Shopp(sp?) and the Bulldog are real tough to listen to at times, but it's better than any of the music stations on the radio, and FM transmitters so I can play the music off my phone don't work in my car for some reason, or only work for a few minutes and then static. I've tried 4 different ones that friends have and work fine in their cars, but to no avail.
Right around Thanksgiving I was listening, and I can't remember which one, but one of them tried to say that he didn't think Brett Favre was a HOFer. I almost crashed my car. And he tried for maybe 5 minutes to try and justify it. I'm not surprised by peoples comments on the radio or TV "news" anymore, but that took the cake.
Also something I've wondered for a while. Why did Kevin Sylvester lose the Sabres pre/post game shows? He was pretty terrible as a play-by-play guy, but I thought he was pretty good on the shows. Was it just because Duff became available, and they thought he was better than Kevin? He's pretty decent on "Hockey Hotline" keeping Peters on task.

Mike Schoop is an idiot . Has no concept of what it takes to be a team mate . All he understands is individual sports. You want a good FM station? 97.3 Boom FM out of Toronto . 70's . 80's and 90's music only . across all genres. Everyone I turn on to it has become hooked.

I think that is the station in the southernteir. out of Salamanca or bradford. Play great album tracks at night next to the bon fire on the weekends.
Edit: it's 98.3 |

Wonder whether GMTM is feeling a little chapped that Bylsma is going with CJ to repeat the win rather than with Murrays #1. |

I'm actually enjoying watching this team since they've discovered 1st period offense. Hopefully they can keep it going. |

Hopefully Pysyk's a powerful swimmer, probably pretty tough to carry that anchor. |

Best case Risto can bring Bogo up with him, and while Weber has been decent, I'd probably switch him and Mccabe. |
