Thoughts on tomorrows game with the Avs? Who wins it? Both teams trending up?

Idk why the focus has to be on one or the other though
The team as a whole needs work throughout the lineup
If Faschong works out & becomes a solid top6 winger than that's great. I've just always had my doubts about him.
And clearly, I've liked McNabb from the start

And that's not wrong, I'm just not as upset about the trade. At the time I wasn't upset at all with McNabb being traded because we had so many defensemen that looked as though they would be as good or better than him. It's been a while now and I still feel like we have the same. We traded a position of strength for one of need. We might have a gap in talent in 2 years but I think you can find a guy within that time to mitigate that. If Fasching works, great. But I rarely ever count on college guys to make noise in the NHL so if he doesn't I won't feel that upset. That's just me.

Buffalo can't win 3 in a row. It's science. 4-0 Avs. It'll be a 0-0 game after 1, 1-0 after 2, and then they'll get 2 and an empty net in the 3rd. Buffalo might get 1 if McGinn stays as lucky as he has been.

I thought that was part of the lead-in to the action behind the net, and probably what caused Vermette to be the one escorted over to the blue line.

Going to be an exciting game, I love the AVs for some reason i think a lot of people do in this area, i may be wrong. Both teams are young and getting it together. ROR will dominate. Risto will lay out big Z

Depends what they do with Bigras when EJs back, both him and Zads have been unreal since being called up, could see Bigs being sent back down just based on the numbers game. Grigs has been a healthy scratch the past 2 games, I imagine Roy brings him back in instead of Wagner on 3rd line since hes been awful the past few games

Buffalo hasn't beaten the Avs in about 3 years i believe... I hear about it every year since my BIL is an Avs fan.

i went to the game in Col in 2013 when we got shelled like 7-2 and chased Miller in his final start for Buffalo.
