Been to Phoenix a few times. It's a great place if you like heat, immigrants, overvalued real estate, sand, guns, heat, traffic, narrow-minded white folks, underachieving sports teams (just like us!), water rationing, air conditioning....meh.
There is nothing in the desert, and no man needs nothing.

I think Eichel meant it given the alternatives between Buffalo, Edmonton, and Phoenix/Glendale. Buffalo is close to home for him. With Edmonton being Edmonton, and the fact that no one really knows where the Coyotes will play in three years Buffalo was seen as preferable.
Also Domingue had a good game; he didn't have a chance in hell on either goal. |
