Then I'm amazed that with all this great wisdom and knowledge, the only thing you seem to identify as a problem with the habs, is the fact Therrien shuffles the lines with the hope of creating a spark and you want him fired.

BTW, I find Therrien became soft with the years and actually looks like a (frank)ing wussy in his press conference. So, yeah, if they can find someone better, than by all means, fire him.

MB said before the start of the season that Chuckie moving to center was one of the major changes they were going to make to help drive offense, yet the coach gives him mediocre wingers and 3rd line center minutes - there is a disconnect somewhere.

To me, that is the major problem.

And further, my issue is not with the line shuffling. It is with ONLY line shuffling that MT tries to shale things up.

Or do you think Chuckie on DD's wing the last few games has been a major improvement for the team?

But you are right in one regard, there is only other poop options for a new coach out there, currently...

Now THAT'S easy!

Imagine, he has to sign Timmins' time sheet.

That only leaves him 39 hours in his work week for...

Whatever he does.

For the record, I'm pretty sure not 1 trade could turn this team around at this point. Especially not a trade for Jonathan Drouin.

Isn't that something the GM can discuss with his coach? And by discuss, I mean, "you do it my way or I will fire your ass" ?

No ones claiming it's easy, but it's his (frank)ing job. Lots of people are paid to terribly difficult jobs, and they don't get to come into work and say "sorry, This job is really hard, I'm trying though"

And that (frank)er is likely gone this summer as he'll cost a pretty penny to re-sign.

Price returning is the only thing that could turn it around, keep their heads above water until then is the goal...adding some offense now would help do that
