And that's just it... the need was always there but when you're winning there is no need to make a trade you're not 100% comfortable with so MB waited it out until he could find a desperate GM to make a panic trade, now it's all flipped on him and he seems to be the one in panic mode

Well I'm glad he's taking responsibility for it. Terrien has no talent to work with. With that said, the previous management team gave him very few assets that he could trade to upgrade a weakness. The drafting report of this team in the last 10 years is laughable.
