If NYC had the amount of snow removal equipment we did, proportional to its population, it wouldn't be as big of a deal. The fact that they get maybe one big snowfall a year, it's usually not worth it. It's not the amount of snow that causes these blizzards to shut cities down. It's the inability to clean up at a decent rate.

And make no mistake. At least 90% of our population has no business on the road during a snowfall. The notion that WNYers are great drivers in the snow is one of the biggest myths since Bigfoot.

Yeah, my roommate was stuck in Nashville for two days and had to drive home late Saturday because the airport was closed because of 4" of snow. They have no de-icers or salt for the runways.

Yeah, but compared to people who don't get snow WNYer's are experts. Compared to the people who live in Watertown, or even ski country. We're amateurs. It's all relative.

I have to say Weber has been the least of my worries on this team lately. Granted I did not watch the last 2 games but the Arizona game was his best in a Sabre uniform.

He has been playing his role well lately.

Not saying he is this all world defensemen but I am fine with how he has been playing.

Mike has had a good season. He is not trying to outplay his ability. This has resulted in him not making trademark mistakes and giveaways he did in the past . He is the least of your worries.

Weber is a guy personally I have liked. His play the last 2 seasons was terrible. A lot had to do with him playing above what his role should be. He has still been good for the bone headed play here and there but him playing that 3rd pairing role he has done what he is supposed to do and I can't complain.
