Risto ties up Miller's stick in front like he's supposed to and the damn puck hits Miller's arm because Risto was pushing it up. That sucks. |

I'm up 22 to 1 so far.
Edit: 2 of my last minute adds in Bergeron and Simmonds have scored; which is a huge help. |

Optimist Prime! I seriously agree, although I hope that one or two veterans get acquired that are more than 4th-line, character-but-not-much-else-guys. All the players you list are average age about 22, and I definitely want our elder ranks to include a couple guys who have been through the playoffs or won a Cup, not Legwand/ Gio types.
Justin Williams would have been a great addition - LandlordTom
IF we were to acquire a guy or 2 like you're talking about,
Then I could see Foligno &/or Larsson knocked down to the 4th line
The top9 could then be shifted around based on chemistry
Also consider, that in 2 yrs (when we are realistically competing to go deep in the playoffs) guys like O'Reilly, Ennis & Kane could prob all be considered Vets
Gionta's contract is up after next season, & ROR is likely named Captain |

Hey, I saw Moulson throw a check.
Nice deflection by Gionta. Has he scored a regular goal yet this season? It seems they're all deflections. - Wetbandit1
I think i remember a nice shot/goal against the Panthers at Florida by Gionta

I can't believe I'm typing this, but I think I'll be sad if Weber is moved. - LandlordTom
I've always liked Weber (to a degree)
He's not unreplaceable though
The return for him won't be anything special, but Murray has come out & said that guys that are UFA will likely be moved if there's interest from other teams
He traded Flynn for like a 6th or something like that
So don't be surprised if Weber & others are moved
Those mid to late round picks can be lotto tix for Euros & High school players, as well as goalies |

Blah, can't even watch the game...the ONE channel on cable that completely freaks out (stutters, freezes, etc) is NBC Sports...happens on both cable boxes too, so it's something with the damn network. |

That was very intentional. He tried to be sneaky and stick his leg forward instead of out to the side, but got busted. I think those are ok penalties to take where they would be going back with numbers the other way. Certainly better than Lucic being a Neanderthal again. Wait, that's a slight to the Neanderthal. More like a Troglodyte. |

Yeah it was intentional in a sense that he was trying to play the body but I don't think he tried to trip him. What he did was no worse than what the slimey Detroit players do where they hold you so you can't enter the zone and never get called for it. |

Can you still get a signal if you plug the coax directly into your TV? I'd try that and see if you can get the channel to come in clear. I had that problem with Time Warner a few years ago, and I had to plug the coax into my TV over a weekend, because my cable box went on the fritz and like half the channels didn't work. |

It wasn't egregious, but he definitely stuck his leg out to try and impede his man. It was definitely a penalty. I wasn't really watching the Red Wings game that closely, I was doing other stuff, but I remember reading that the Wings were obstructing a lot. |

Now that was a tough penalty. That wasn't much of a hook. It touched his hand for like a millisecond. |

I would imagine murray would move weber for whatever he can get. I also doubt he gets a raise anywhere but here. Maybe if a contending team is looking for some insurance/solid PKer and murray is interested in bringing him back i would be ok with a two year deal at 4m.
At this point im also hoping we could lock johnson up on a two year deal around 3m. Maybe 3.25. Give him a slight raise and keep him around as an insurance policy for lehner, he has been very good for us this year. If ullmark is ready next season then they have created themselves a good problem. |

Im sure the refs were taking an earful for their second missed high stick. Looked like a makeup call.

Subban scores then immediately takes a penalty. Microcosm of his career (and why he'll never be a fixture on team canada). |
