YOU JUST SEEM SO TORTURED by watching the Rangers, you get little to no joy out of it, why bother? You say its all about a Cup but you know it happens once in a blue moon, for almost all teams, NOT just the Rangers. So 99% of the time your going to be heartbroken if the only joy you get is seeing the team win a Cup. Its a game, its entertainment. I actually hate saying this cause I LOVE this team w a passion, so don't you for a second say I'm not a die hard fan. But at 39 w a family I'm not gonna have a coronary after every little mistake or loss.

probably none of you are veterans of the old old Ranger blogs, late 90's, early 2000's, but I learned one of my old sparring partners passed away, Lenny Lofrisco, on the blogs he was known as LennyNYR, cantankerous old guy, Korean War vet, as negative as it gets, but insanely loyal Ranger fan.

Big time Sather hater like no other, even worse than Vin, and apparently he hated AV too because his last tweets were going at it with Carp about how AV needs to be fired all the way back in November and Carp was going back at him pretty good. And the team was good then.

Too bad they didn't win another one before he passed away.

What the Blackhawks have done is crazy. It was easier for the Habs to win all those cups because they bought junior teams for 1 player and had territorial rights etc. The Blackhawks tanked bu they have gems too. They also missed a few guys too. but to win 3 times in 6 years in cap era, nuts.
