Didn't Edler hurt his hand on the developing play? Gotta head to the bench and get that looked at dude...
- LordHumungous
Ok let's try that logic....he's hurt. Needs to get off the ice right? Why does he do the slowest skate to the bench ever recorded? Wasn't a leg injury no reason he can't hustle off the ice and let someone else defend his position. |

That's really not the point. His team was changing...far side d man has to be the last guy to change in that situation to prevent what happened. The other team catching you far side on a line change for a goal. Defence 101. Edler fails the test again - Bullfrog77
Thought Edler lost his stick on the play. might not be the best time for a line change for the other 4 skaters on that line? They didn't get the puck deep enough for the line change.... maybe Edler should have stayed out there sans stick, Miller should of had it too.... still another line change that led to a goal against.
We still needed to score another goal sometime in that game if we had any chance to win it...
lots of blame to go around.

Yes there is....you won't win any games with 1 goal for. That's why the defence has to be able to execute the basics of positional play. I was watching his line changes all night. He walks to the bench every time. Never hustles off. Then while I've been stewing on that all game poof the winning goal is scored for that exact same reason. I gotta hang that on the coaches. They let him be lazy on his changes well now it cost you two points. |

I'm talking about the play as objectively as can be ....tell me where I'm wrong on th play that cost us the game? He did bail on his position...he did lazily skate to the bench and the winning goal was scored from the position Edler should have still been defending. That's what happened, it's all on tape. Who's not being objective??? - Bullfrog77
Miller should of had the 2nd goal. End of story.
Edler had a solid game. I like him. |

Miller should have had a defenceman between him and Neal. You like him all you want...but be prepared for years more disappointment while we hang on to this bum, and he ruins our young d prospects. |

Right now basically I am just running acoustics. The Larrivee Dreadnought with Fishman custom electronics inside and the Seagull Model 6 as a backup. I sold all my acoustic guitar amps as I didn't like them. I had a Peavey and a Fender Acoustasonic just couldn't warm to the sound. I'm a tube guy and acoustic amps primarily don't use tubes. But I did hear a few recently at a local shop for audition...One was Marshall I think.
I have a solidbody electric just a cheap Aria Pro II/BC Rich that I modded with humbuckers and a maple neck with treatment. I sold off the rest of my electrics. I have a 5150 combo pro amp (Peavey) right now (no pedals) that does kind of work. Something is wrong with the tubes or the preamp section inside...doesn't sound right might need re -biasing. I haven't done much at home in the way of pedals.
It may be time for a new electric rig and I am looking hard at the new EVH gear. The new EVH combo and maybe an entry level Eddie Van Halen replica with my choice of pickups and such. Bloody expensive for entry level gear now the amp alone is $2000 USD the guitar another $2000 or so
Saving up. What do you have in your setup? |

It was a terrible line change, I get tired of the Edler hate, I've had my bouts of it too.
The d needs so much work. JB still has lots of work to do. |

He provides the ammo every game with his poop play. If he could go a few games without glaring horrendous mistakes then I could focus some where else. The guy that's supposed to be you're best defenceman shouldn't be the guy making the worst mistakes game in and game out. He's bad. See it for what it is. His value to this team only comes in the form of assets we get from kicking his ass to the curb. |

The Edler hate is so tedious. Why watch Canuck games if you're going to spend the following 2 days covering your screen with rage spittle? |

remember I was a pro so its elaborate.
currently I have marshall tsl and mesa dual rectifier stacks, fender 100 watt for acoustic, echoes and modulation....full rack w dual digitech gsp 2101 preamps, tc electronics digital delays, BBE as well.
solidbodies are john 5 telecaster, american standard stratocaster, les paul standard w EMG modded Zakk models, 2 PRS custom 24, 3 ibanez models, custom prophesy SG w dirty fingers pups, jackson 7 string, BC rich V 7 string....and a custom built.
yamaha acoustic as stated before
2 basses and my bass rig which I believe is a GK 500 watt amp into 4x10 and 1x15 cabs.
then theres the 3 pedalboards....Im not going into detail there as its numerous.
1 pedalboard is all various types of wahs and my whammy pedal tho
might be forgetting something, but essentially 15 guitars into the rack to 2 different stacks which blend and sound great in stereo. Much fuller this way.
Plus bass rig.
oh yes AND a bogner 40 watt combo I use in home studio as not to cause neighbors severe hearing loss with those big stacks
