i disagree. i think there can be a legit penalty and the recipient can still embellish the call. no issue with me. however, i tend to disagree with the officials when they do call both.

I think it's a matter of opinion. I don't like watching my player embellish. But if he's truly being fouled, then call the original penalty and let the embellishment go.
