It's not a secret anymore. There is no shame. I suffer panic attacks regularly and need the comforts of my home and surroundings. That is where I feel normal or as close as can be .

Unfortunately there is a very good chance that Trump will become the next president. If you follow the politics then you will see that During recession the Democratic is almost always voted in and during good economic times it is the Republicans. it is a Cycle. Similar to Canadian politics. Liberals get voted in during recession. They come in and spend spend spend to get the economy going and we realize the we are heading the wrong path with all the spending and we need to cut cut cut, so Conservative come in. if this happens I am moving to Mexico.
