Kypreos just said reimer and polak should fetch a 2nd or 3rd round pick or a mid level prospect... If that's the case hamhuis is easilllyyyyy worth a 1st and a solid prospect - MaWLz
Isn't he a leafs fan and over values all their players? |

Agreed. Pittsburgh is not the team we should try and make a deal with. Boston or Montreal, Washington or the isles. Some struggling teams with 1st round picks or a contender in the caps that would pay in multiple picks for a player like hamhuis. Pens got all their picks tied up with the maple leafs. - Bullfrog77
I don't mind making a deal with pitt, I think we have leverage if were trading Hammer, they really need a guy like that. hammer for a first might actually happen with pitt, for example. But yeah Vrbata, trade him to someone dying for scoring. Isles?mtl are good targets. |

I, myself, suffer greatly from social anxiety. In fact, my anxiety is so great, that the thought of potentially looking for a new job causes my mind and body to shut down. The interview process is so overwhelming for me..... - chompsey
Me aswell my friend. Find it hard to get out of the house. Anxiety does rule my life a great deal. But I cope with it and am hoping to one day not have to take meds to control it.

I don't know if Pitts has a 1st this year.
I think it's more realistic to trade them to diff teams, otherwise that's a lot of salary for one team to add.
I'll say
Vrby to Mtl for 2nd and 5th.
Hammer to Wash for a 1st.

This is what I would do.
Tanev Subban Shink Vrbata Sbisa
Mtl for
Petry Bealiue Smith Pelly and a first.
We will eat 4 mil this year on Vrbatas salary - VANTEL
Tanev Subban Sbisa> Petry bealieu IMO. Not a good deal if were trying to improve d. I'm sure you're pretty high on S-P, I'm a fan myself but not sure if I see much more than a 3rd liner there. |

I hated the meds. I found I slept all day. When I felt anxiety I resort to a glass of wine or 3.

I don't hate those deals, don't see why people think Wsh needs d though, Carlson, niskanen, alzner, orpik is a really strong top 4 with a good young guy in orlov to back them... why take on 4.5 in cap? Pitt needs d, as d othe isles and dallas. I hope we get one more first rounder, however we package players, either TDL or draft day... seems like they are easier to get TDL though. |

Tanev > Petry also younger and cheaper. Petry has a better shot and scores more and is tougher.
Beaulieu is younger and a lot cheaper an better than Sbisa
Etem and Smith Pelly have chemistry and history .
DSP > Subban
Vrbata is gone this year and it is a deal sweetener
Habs first = Shink |

I think Daniel is part of Tank Nation . Those two horrible changes led to both Preds goals. I think he want Patrik Laine on his line next year - VANTEL

I'd try to add and target Bowey from Washington. I would also look for at least 2nd/3rd from mtl |

It's definitely not for everyone. I've been enjoying jazz cigarettes for many, many years for a variety of reasons. It helps significantly with arthritis pain.
For me, a nice fat bomber, The Grateful Dead's "Eyes of the World" playing loudly & Mrs. Marwood by my side and nothing can go wrong. |

petry is not a good defensive player, his corsi and possession are not good and he is not a positionally sounds player. We would essentially be exchanging an offfensive for a defensive d-man. Petry doesn't throw many hits and is not tough, not sure where your getting that from.
Beaulieu would be a great young guy to get, but we are esserntially banking on him becoming better than Sbisa and Tanev, which he may or may not do. Smith-pelly seems like a career bottom 6 guy, no need. Were giving up a lot for essentially Beaulieu here. |

I heard the name Pitts on 1040 today. It doesn't mean much coming from there.
Question is would you be disappointed if it was Pulliot for Hammer straight up
.
I would be ok |

i totally get, in fact pre-anxiety loved it myself, but it turned into not enjoyable thing for me. No problem with any medicating though myself, life is messed up and we gotta deal somehow. I feel lie it might be one of Human's oldest pasttimes, I could see my prehistoric ancestor being into frogs and mushrooms |

I watched him in Edmonton, seems like a flower to me. His stats do not reflect a "tough" guy as he very few hits and PIM's. Worst of all, he's a straightup defensive liability, we've got enough of those. |
