This three on three all-star game is pretty exciting and John Scott is making this so entertaining he's great out there

It's really a fun and nice environment with this allstar game. That Scott/Kane fight was great.

It was nice to see roenick say he was wrong about being so critical of scott being there.

Unlike milbury who wouldnt even acknowledge him during the little segment they had in the pregame. Cant wait to see what he has to say after scott has two goals and counting.

your metabolism will stay high if you stay active usually when people get older they stop working out get lazy as (frank) and they stop the movement and then their body slows down that's number one reason why people get fat . It's a pretty easy secret

You are got that right . When I played ball . I had to eat 5 times a day just to maintain my weight now if I look at food I absorb the calories.

Yep, genetics or injuries don't make a difference either I guess. Plus when you work 50 hours a week and have 3 kids doesn't exactly leave you a lot of time to workout, or eat very healthy for that matter either.

Everyone has a vice. Some people smoke, some drink, some eat, some do drugs, some do all 4. Things aren't black and white.

Edit: They had to lockout, because the owners can't be trusted to not overpay. It's their fault. They are the ones who dole out the money.

If the league is making more money, should the owners be the only ones to benefit?

Both sides need to be realistic: players need to be reasonable about the profits owners can make; and owners need to be cool about sharing the wealth the league creates.
