I know you're getting upset but you can't deny it it's always a new thing in the news that you can't eat this it's bad for you or cause cancer or some of that bullpoop what about those people that ate it back like 40 years ago now they find problems now

Cause cancer. There is another fairy tale. . It scares the poop out of me . My father did not drink , smoke or do anything bad for him . It took him and both his brothers at 67 . Also took both his parents around the same age . They were all clean living folks. It is in your genes . Only a matter of when it manifests itself.

You take yourself far too seriously sometimes . You are still a pup . I envy your your vim and viger . But you don't know nothing yet . I was the same way at your age. But life teaches you lots of lessons you have not had yet,.

Theres tons of scientific evidence online that proves that as you age, this simply isnt true.

I remember watching a video in high school. They took John Stossel, dude was ripped, exercised everyday, he was in his 40's at the time and they took an average high school junior or senior I forget who didn't exercise and hooked them both up to a treadmill and what do you know? Stossel got his ass handed to him in almost every category. He just couldn't keep up even though he was in "better shape". You lose a lot as you age, testosterone, your body doesn't process iron in the same way so your blood doesn't carry as much oxygen, your heart isn't as efficient, your muscles don't repair as quickly after working out. There are a multitude of reasons. It's not just mind over matter. There are real, physiological changes that happen, just like puberty, but in reverse.

i love suicides, the exercise of course. Anything to do with circuit training. Add in 20 push ups and or sit ups every time you get to the line.

It's going to be fun watching my kids play outside or any other kids in the future.. but Ill be virtual reality and we all know it's going to happen that's going to be there outside

my grandfather passed last week at 95 years old

he had 88 great years, 3 blah years and the last 4 years was anything close to a semi normal life

its not a bad way to go, just make sure he doesnt sign up for anything combat arms. It will keep him nice and safe while still learning and earning a living

You do understand that's basically what I'm telling you I'm saying that they're saying these things cause cancer which I don't believe they don't when people back in the day used to eat that stuff and they're fine . They're basically trying to scare you and its dumb
