I am also a Baby Schenn supporter, but just because he made a really sweet pass on the PP and a graze off deflection goal on the PP, it doesn't change the fact he is still a meh ES player, and if he can only succeed next to Couturier...speaks more to Coots really. I think a ~4x4 deal is fine, but if he gets traded for a relatively high draft pick, I wouldn't be opposed either. I'd like to see a lot more consistency at evens from him this second half.

I can go to the driving range and hit balls for 5 minutes and work up a sweat just as much as I can by swinging a baseball bat a few times and running up to 360 feet.

I would probably trade him for each of them. Palat is on a down injured year though; Hertl's scoring numbers aren't quite there but he has fantastic underlying numbers; and Nelson isn't too much different from Schenn but he's a LW.
