I know, and I know I shouldn't be. But it just seems like misuse of an asset. I know he'd get claimed by someone if we waived him. But if the Flyers want to play guys like Umberger, White, and Cousins ahead of him, I'd rather they trade him for whatever return they can. What good is a valuable asset if you're not going to use it?

I would love to know the reason he can't slide into the lineup. I understand there are roles and everything but it does seem a little off you wouldn't play him more. He has shown skill at the AHL level and he brings more speed to your lineup. You would think Hextall already had a background on him so he would want something he could use.
