True or false Jack would have doubled his points if our team could actually score and shoot in a wide open net |

False. He would not have double the points he has now even playing with Pat Kane. |

Not a fanboy at all. Actually was on the Mcdavid 1a Eichel 1b, but watching this kid play (which im guessing you haven't, save for some highlights) has changed my thoughts 100%. - CoHo_to_B-Lo
I've seen the highlights and he looks great. He also has a bad injury already and hasn't been grinding through a long schedule. I'm sure he will be great but I don't think he's Gretzky to everybody else's Lemieux. And if you don't think a clavicle injury is a bad one ask Charles Rodgers how his pro football career was. |

True. I'm with you on that. Anyone who doesn't think Eichel would have 10-15 more points if he played with better wingers is an idiot. That being said McDavid is still better. Eichel could eventually be a better player in his 2nd or 3rd year. But right now McDavid is lighting it up.
The only knock I have on McDavid is when teams start taking more cheap shots on him like they do with Eichel how will his smaller body hold up? |

Jack isn't in McDavids class. Think of him as the Lemieux to McDavids Gretzky. Both are superstars but Gretzky was Ina league of his own - Pegullaville
McDavid + Gretzky.
Eichel = Getzlaf. |

Probably the dumbest post of the year really? Did you miss every single game of the Sabres this year did you miss the six or eight chances he has passed to a player with a wide open net and they miss and now you're telling me he would not double his points with Patrick Kane |

I see no evidence of that.
Eichel is a heckuva player, but let's try to be objective. |

False. He MIGHT have 10 more points. - hawk33
Oh come on... Don't be ridiculous. If Eichel was with Kane and Ennis all year and Ennis was healthy Eichel would EASILY have 10 or more points this year.
This is not an embellishment. Combined Gionta, Moulson and Foligino and even Deslauries have probably missed twenty goals. I'd say at least ten of them have come from golden set ups from Eichel. |

After 2 or 3 broken clavicles rendered him useless. |

Double???? Do you even Hockey kid? No he would never double what he has now i dont care who ihe is playing with. He has had some pretty bad games, as a player himself. He would have 10-15 more max playing with top guys. Not double. Get back in the kitchen where you belong now youngin. |

Oh really?? I seem to recall multiple NHL annalists and ex players compare Eichel to Lemieux. This year in fact. |

I disagree with you but a least you didn't say the stupid Patrick Kane thing and I'm sure someone at the end of the year is going to make a video of all the chances our players have messed with Jack and I would say there's more then 20 or 30 |

Absolutely blows my mind that you don't think Jack would double his points with (frank)ing Patrick Kane are you (frank)ing insane this is so stupid to even debate |

I was kinda using the SAT version of comparisons, as in McDavid is to Gretzky as Eichel is to blank.
Im a simpleton, chose Getzlaf cuz he is really good and has a G and Z in his name. |

Over the full season would be maybe 20-30. But to say double what he has right now at this point, YOU are (frank)ing insane. |

I don't think he'll score as much as Lemieux did, but he does have a big frame and will be a beast to play against for years to come. Get this kid some wingers and a coach who doesn't frank with the lines so much!
