Giroux, Simmonds, Voracek, Coots, Schenn moving forward as the vets are not exactly the Devils' forwards. Flyers got some young talent at forward with top 6 potential, I'm sure they'll add a good one this year too. Plus, I think the Flyers D will be way better than the Devils' young D.

Their two veteran forwards, Parise and Kovalchuk, left before their young D developed. Flyers will still have Jake and G. They will still be effective players into their 30s.
