So realistically, when does gmtm start making moves? When he meets f2f with Western gm's this week? Does he wait it out another game or two to see if they start winning? Now that some level of precedent established via leaf trades, don't see why he would wait...unless waiting for best deals which could fall apart on hectic monday.

Which is why if you can acquire him for a bad contract (Bogo) I would consider it.

I wouldn't trade for him, thinking he's a staple on the top 6 for the next 5 years, but Murray has shown he will take a chance on high draft picks

I know some people were vehemently against him but man.. those stats.. what happened to him. 2 time 30 goal scorer... He won the Calder for scoring 63 his rookie year. Has 21 already this year.

Is it just diminishing talent around him hurts his stats? I honestly don't know a ton about him. Anyone fill me in?

Nuge and their 2016 1st (as long as it's not 1st overall) for PK(add peices to make it work) makes a ton of sense for both teams.

Say Montreal picks 2nd and Edmonton picks 3-5th, might make a team like Buffalo(say they pick 1st) to think about a swap.

All hypothetical and a ton has to happen but also a good reason why Edmonton wants to wait till after the season.

OH... I think I do remember that now...

He missed 5 games last year... 11 the year before... then was the shortened season where I don't think he missed a game. Then he missed 20... then missed none. Has played in all 60 for them this year.

Ennis, Foligno, McGinn, one of Carrier/Baptiste (to sweeten a deal to bring back a better prospect or pick), Weber, and Franson will be dealt.

I doubt we can even get a 6th for Coliacovo. He has only played 20 games this year.

And at this point, their values have to so low that I can t see a deal like that happening

With an avg of 74.477 games per year he avg a tad over 47 points per year.
