Which one? The 14' draft? Lemieux was cornerstone in getting Kane and Cornel has had a breakout year. |

The DZ was a blast. I haven't seen so much vocal interaction between players on an Xbox one game. It's looking like it's going to be everything people hoped destiny would be. I'll be skipping far cry as well. I'm going the next cod will be good since the modern warfare crew is back. - zdp1189
Really the only thing I was worried about with The Division was the bullet sponge enemies, but they give you a ton of ammo, and if you have a DMR it's usually one or two shots, so it's not nearly as bad as I feared. I didn't even play Black Ops III. I'm pretty excited about IW getting back to it. And Battlefield 5 this year too. Thankfully they're going back to military instead of the police thing. I still can't believe they made a stealth game for single player. Multiplayer wasn't the worst, BF4 was still way better, but I was shocked that you only got the most points when you stealthed and "arrested" guys in single player. I know I'm missing a few games. People complain about the state of console/PC gaming, but I don't know wtf they're talking about. The games the past 3 years or so have been fantastic, and look to be for the foreseeable future as well. |

That's more indicative of Edmonton having great luck rather than buffalo having bad otherwise u could say that about every other team that missed out. - Sabresfan-365
Never mind. You're still not getting it. Talking about Buffalo having a long history of bad luck in sports so it makes perfect sense we get it in the lottery. Let's just agree to disagree..

No I get it I just don't think it automatically means the lottery will go horribly for us. Low chance of winning but even lower chance of dropping 2 or 3 spots |

Just ran the lottery five times
Avs, Oilers, Leafs. Sabres pick 5th
Oilers, Sabres, Blue Jackets
Maple Leafs, Canadians, Sabres
Avs, Oilers, Flames. Sabres pick 6th

Sorry Cabin, I finished 67th and won one more game than you even though you scored 400 more points than I did. |

We'll see when they do it. I'm bracing for the worst. |

Wouldn't call cornel a breakout year. 4th year in juniors, going on 20 he should be dominating. |

I'm hoping IW on a 3 year cycle yields a good game. Hard-line was a mess. I think makers are finally getting into what these new consoles can do. I imagine gta6 is gonna be absolutely ridiculous. |

Yes 2014. Fair point on Lemieux but there were better options in my opinion and they would have found another way to make that deal work im sure. Dont mind Cornell but not convinced on him yet. Karabacek is a complete bust..never understood that pick. So many better options |

No, but he's starting to get top 6 minutes and getting 2 to 3 shots per game.
A couple of Canes fans said he's been one of their best forwards lately, and if they move Staal he's going to get some PP time |

13th in points in the OHL. All ready has 19 more points in 9 less games than last year. I'd say it's a breakout year for him. He could be a nice 3rd line center in Rochester next year. |

I think Lemieux will turn out to be a great player unfortunately for us. Cornell is getting better and has the body frame to hopefully produce well next year centering guys like Baptiste and Bailey.
Would've liked Barbashev or Ryan MacInnis over Lemieux but whatever. Karabacek hasn't looked good but hopefully he'll translate better in the AHL next year. |

If there is one thing I love about Murray, is that he did not call up Matt Ellis once this season |

Yeah, I think The Division is just starting to scratch the surface of that. FO4 with being able to enter small buildings without load times and the minimal load times for entering large buildings is pretty great. And the buildings are huge. The only problem with that game is loading up a save game or sometimes fast travel. But thankfully Xbox keeps your place for quite some time and you can just hop back into your game like 3 days later without having to restart and reload the game. That's pretty huge too. I'm glad the February update fixed the login issue when turning the system on. I clocked it at 3 minutes and 52 seconds to login at its worst. Now, after the update it's super quick. Have you had that problem too? |

It's not bad luck. It's probability. Having a 75 and 80 percent chance to lose the lottery, and losing cannot be considered bad luck. It doesn't matter how you want to position it. They were more lucky to lose than win.
In a scenario like that, the sabres could have good luck or no luck, not bad luck. |

Yea I don't deny he could be a solid pro but with so many options it feels like a let down. |

If Lemieux doesn't want to be here then (frank) him, we don't need that bullpoop. We got a player who leaves his guts out on the ice in Kane. Barbashev would've been nice though. But if I had to pick between Barbashev and Kane I'm picking Kane everyday and twice on Sunday. |

A lot of people were female doging about Eichel yesterday, and while it wasn't his greatest game he made some amazing passes. One early on in the game was a backhanded, cross ice saucer, tape-to-tape to the spot where the receiving player(McGinn?) was going to be when the pass got there. And while he didn't get a point on that first PP goal he was responsible for keeping the puck in the zone. He had a few other beautiful passes as well. |

To be fair, there were an awful lot of people on this site 1 year ago saying Cornell was a bust, but he's managed to put together a pretty good season this year. Hurley seems to have turned it around too. I guess we really shouldn't write these players off too soon. I've changed my opinion to give prospects to at least age 23-24 and at least one solid year in the AHL before you can really judge if they may have NHL talent.

I guess, but you have to remember... Murray was still trying to tank the 2015 season so he wasn't going to trade any of those 2nd's for a quality roster player. He could've and probably should've moved up into the 1st with them. I believe he tried but was unsuccessful. |
