For the record I've seen both play, only on tv and only a few times; my opinion is it's a pretty lateral move. I was never a Shinkaruk fan, for various reasons.

I know right!? I'm just watching the sky fall on here, how quickly people have turned on JB after touting his deals fro Etem/Sutter/Baer in the past. Maybe, just maybe, the people being payed to scout pro's for this franchise are doing their job and JB trusts their opinion. Time will tell. JB talked about Granlunds ability to PK, play d and win FO's. Sounds like things we need to me! Maybe it also means he'll be will to part with other pk specialists with 4.5 million-dollar contracts.

shink = soft skill. I'm glad we dealt him before his value became Jensen like. Guy is not the best 5 on 5. Half his goals this year have been on the PP. last year when the comets made their Calder run he had 6pts in 23 games!!!!!
