Everyone knew the price was going to go up come TDL or the week prior. Yzerman says he will wait till the summer, but there are 29 other teams who want his talents for not only a playoff run, but for their clubs future. I am not surprised the price has gone up.

It really is not a big deal. I liked Shinks game that why I didn't like the trade. I really know almost nothing of Granlund. My biggest issue is like a few other JB moves I really get this trade unless its a precursor to something else. Trade just to trade? Forsling for Clendening? Idfk. This is for JB..

Tampa are seriously over valuing Drouin then.

Report on Granlund is pretty good. He had more points in AHL than shink and of course is a year or more ahead of him development wise. Thinks point to it being a good trade for us.
Its been speculated that Vey may be done here and HAS been a healthy scratch as well. Could take his spot.

Its also been reported yesterday that TB may want Granlund for Drouin. Im not too onboard with that but Im also unfamiliar with his game, so maybe its worth it?

Tampa are seriously over valuing Drouin then.
