As mad as Van fans may be; Granlund is an NHL player that just needs a top 6 role already. Getting sent around and moved to wing and splitting time with Jooris this season hasn't been good for him. A consistent spot on Van next year will help a lot.

That right there just describes why you are having a bad season.

I like this move. Granlund is a good player but fell down the depth chart for Centre. Calgary wins this trade in my opinion. But Vancouver is getting a good player just the same.
