I assume you know the early stuff w Chuck Moseley on vocals? "We Care a Lot" & the "Crab Song" are classics! Liked him but Patton changed the game w his unique voice! - B2B76
Have We Care on LP. Patton's range is incredible. Have you heard Sol Invictus? Great.

I know he has a zillion side projects. Big into MR Bungle, heard Fantomas, Luvage, not Sol Invictus. Yea he can scream, sing, death growl, rap, not much he can't do, oh yea, speak French, Spanish * other languages.

Don't forget Tomahawk. Some of his sides are to me unlistenable, was he in Fantomas when they did that Melvins Big Band? Gonna have to revisit that this week. Sol Invictus is the newest FNM album. Buy it tomorrow.

That's awesome.
Billy Gould's bass sound is in my top 5, and he doesn't pick! - Fenrir
Phenomenal bass player, love the fingers, always has a better thumpier sound to it than picking...Gould, Claypool, Cliff Burton, Steve Harris, Geezer Butler are 5 of my favorites right off the top.

Saw them open for Tool at the Garden in 2001. I may have said this here before, one of the funniest stories ever. So after Fantomas played & before Tool goes on I'm in the bathroom & hear a guy saying how he hated that last band, sounded like a guy ripping off Mike Patton.
Not the biggest Fantomas guy & I like (liked way more back in the day than now) extreme metal type stuff in small doses.

Good list. Harris was the reason I picked it up in the 80s.Add the Ox, Chris Squire, Bootsy, Lemmy and the guy from Don Caballero.

That must have been an interesting show.
I put on Combat Wounded Veteran when I want people to leave. That, or the Baptist Generals.

Entwhistle was the man, many people didn't realize how integral he was to the Who's sound, everybody bowing down to Townsend, but OX carried the load. - B2B76
Townsend was a mediocre guitar player, he didn't have to be good, he had the best rhythm section in Moon and the Ox. But great songwriter, he wrote A Quick One to blow the Stones away on their own show.
Bob McKenzie just said in the intermission report Yzerman would like to deal Drouin sooner rather then later and he feels he has some deals on the table that could help bolster the powerplay down the stretch....Yandle maybe? - TPC
Does tampa really need a d-man though? With Hedman, Stralman, Garrison, Coburn, Carle and Sujstr?
The Rangers won’t be able to put Rick Nash on Long-Term Injured Reserve and simply stow him there to clear the additional $3.27 million of cap space such a maneuver would yield if the winger is going to be able to return with at least a couple of weeks to go in the season that ends six weeks from Saturday.
People will be watching. And the league loves to find reason to sanction the franchise. But if Nash — out since Jan. 22 with a bone bruise not nearly as benign as it originally sounded — is not projected to return before then, the Blueshirts would be foolish not to pursue the move leading up to the deadline. He would need a couple of weeks to get up to speed, anyway.
PK must be getting pretty irked that he still has to hear the racist crap from his own home fans. He can't be a happy camper after seeing that crap. - B2B76
here's a link on twitter that shows a lot of the nasty things that were said on that.
