The real beauty of this, Edmonton wanted him back. They gave him a qualifying offer, they have asked him to return. He refused to return to Edmonton. Sounds like he will be happy to play anywhere else in North America, just not Edmonton!

Yup they've totally looked better since Edler was injured.

It's very noticeable. For all Edler's mistakes... his minutes are not easily replaced. Even though he is sloppy with the puck,,, most of the time the players know where he is going to be and what he's going to do with the puck. Bartowski is a nightmare with the puck... he gets worse with every additional minute on the ice. I'll be surprised if anyone picks him up... I'd rather Corrado to be honest

Just want to see these guys off my team ;.; I honestly dont care about return, nor should anyone expect any value to come of this "selling" I could see a team taking a chance on Vey or kenins maybe , but the rest arent even NHL players. Sorry state of affairs folks :/ next season will be much of the same, but after that most of our dead weight contracts will be gone.... so there's that :p

yes after 1 more year the retool cough cough will truly be underway.
With the TDL n draft next up we could look very different next year.
I don't expect marvels but if WD learned anything we should see more
progress from the kids n more consistent play.
Work ethic must be there night in n night out or us fans will be bored
n disenchanted huge.
Our D is our biggest problem as all know but lack of offence from them
is something we need remedied asap.

Demko can choose to play for the comets, depends on if he wants to finish up in Boston or not. If the defense is a sieve like this season, I doubt markstrom or miller will give us great numbers

Canucks can easily afford to pay some of Millers salary next season if they trade him. There wont be much market but for 1 season at 3.5 or something... maybe... long shot.

I know. I think about that too. Thats why I keep thinking a team that is fringe... but with Miller in net for the regular season makes the playoffs. I don't think a team looking a playoff performer is going to take that risk unless they are in a bad jam. I assume Miller would identify that as well when putting his list together which is the clause in his contract.
