He did throw a punch, I mean it's not like he punched a minor or beat his wife/gf, I don't know I still think the NFL suspends him for a game.

petey was all ga-ga over bailey yesterday...

perhaps he forgot the impact Foligno made and just how much he came back down to earth...and bailey hasn't even hit the scoresheet yet

For sure he's been all over bailey for a while now and I see the effort but effort only goes so far without producing.

Similar to how Pysyk is imo 'over-hyped' by the HS show. Not saying he isn't a top six defenseman but he's not as productive as the analytics say.

An off-duty police officer is just as much a citizen as the rest of us. Shouldn't even have been an issue.

P.s. Looks like he took Chris Carter's advice and got a fall guy... lol

I mentioned at the beginning of the year that it would be a decent idea to go after Skinner. Plenty of pros, plenty of cons, but provides scoring and fits age of the team. I seemed to be in minority.

Anyone change their minds? With his speed and goal scoring sense, could be an excellent winger for Eichel.

I've wanted him for a while, but for the right price. It's not just the injury history, these scoring wingers are only useful when they've got the hot hand and even then only in 1/3 of the ice.

There have been 2 players that I have not been fans of and after being on here more and more and listening to the talk about each I softened my stance on them. Those players were Ennis and Pysyk...I should have stuck to my guns more, they never seemed to pass my eye test.

If they get moved so be it.

I think it's a mix of a slump and (like every fan base) over valuing their players.
We all love players like him and Zemgus but looking at it from an outside perspective, neither appear to be game changers.
I've been a huge pysyk fan for a while but i think by draft time one or two of 3,22,28,82 will be gone

So with the Oilers game being removed from NBCSN does that change the time or do I still have a 7:30 Tuesday game? Hate Tuesday games as it is but the earlier the better.

I still like Pysyk and gus...went overboard with 82 a few years back and have always liked 22 in a bottom-six role leaning more towards a fourth-line center...

for me, would definitely keep both Pysyk and gus unless the right trade came along...
