Edit:spoilers if you haven't watched trailers...
They open up to the scene of Bruce Wayne running towards the falling Wayne Financial building in metropolis while Supes and Zod fight, then its 2 hours of Batman brooding and supes deciding if he wants to be a savior or say frank this planet then there is about a 15 minute fight between supes and bats where at first bats has the upper hand because supes thinks hes just a puny human... but eventually starts to get the upper hand.... then enter doomsday he starts wiping the floor with both of them then enter wonder woman... victory and someone says hey we should start a league... roll credits - Havic3814

Oh come on. We talk about the defense on the McDavid goal, that was ridiculous how Oduya played that. Armia's stick was way away from his body and a simple tap would have knocked it off. He wasn't looking up and a tiny hit would have knocked him down. Oduya had no idea what he was doing and didn't play the man or the puck. Armia gets the goal but it was Oduya's terrible defense and that's it. |

I have to admit, the team I was wrong about is the stars
I am shocked at how well they are doing this year |

He might end up the best player we gave up. He's killing penalties too. - sbroads24
Yeah... 4 goals and 8 point in 29 games... And he doubled his goals last night so he was 2-3-5 in 28 games. Come on are you guys serious? Armia was never going to crack this roster and has hardly done anything in Winnipeg. He scores 2 bull poop goals and all of a sudden he's a great player?
The same thing happened when he got called up and scored a goal and people here went "Oh boy Sabres gave up a 1st line winger and I hate TM and Armia was so good in the AHL blah blah blah". Then he goes and falls off the face of the earth and those same people said nothing. The guy had a 3 point game. Great. Good for him.
If he's the best player we gave up then Murray is a (frank)ing genius. |

I might be the only one but I enjoy seeing Lindy and especially that style of play do well.
There are way too many teams that play a style that will cure insomnia. |

I forget who keeps saying it, but somebody on here regularly observes - correctly, I think - that statistics based on small sample sizes can be made to support very flawed conclusions. |

he reminds me of the suck sisters
turns it up for a game or 3, then goes back to being invisible for long stretches
my guess is he will get a decent look for the rest of the year, with ladd moved so it's what he makes of it |

He's been getting better at every opportunity.
Even the Oiler fan agrees who has no horse in the race.
I am minding the Lehner trade less and less. The Kane trade is still bad. |

Sure. And we have this same discussion yesterday before the game he's looked terrible. Even if he's playing the PK and a 2-way game, that's great, but that's not his role. His role is a goal scorer. If Sam had his numbers we'd be off the wall mad even if he was playing PK and doing well PK. Granted, Sam is a 2nd overall and Armia wasn't but the point still stands. If a scorer doesn't score then what is the point?
I'm sorry, I just can't agree with this at all. He's 22 and has shown so little in the NHL that to say he's the best player we gave up is absolutely ridiculous. If in 3 years he's scoring 30 goals then I'll eat crow but he's not going to get 30 goals of shots from the blue line going in and having absolutely no defense on him. |

The kid has all the talent he could ever need. What he lacks on a nightly basis that's going to hold him back from having a great career, is drive. He's not a terrible player, but he's never going to be a great player either.
I'm not upset we gave him up. I wouldn't hate him still being in the organization either. Really, to me, he's relatively insignificant for the most part.
If he does well in Winnipeg good for him. |

He had 2 goals in January and 2 in February. If he isn't scoring more he isn't getting better. When you're touted as a sniping winger and you don't score you aren't good. |

You hated that trade right from the get go. Unless Kane comes out and scores 50 goals in a season, you're never going to change your mind about it.
I get part of why you didn't like it. Watching Kane game in and game out can be frustrating. He creates a lot of good chances, but seems to really lack the smarts to finish them properly. He shoots (way wide most of the time) when he should probably pass and passes when he should shoot.
That said, he does bring more to the ice than just scoring. I've liked where his game has gotten to in the last month or so. He seems to have finally gotten comfortable and it's definitely helped his productivity. |

Armia has 4-4-8 in 29 and apparently now plays on the PK.
Legwand is 5-7-12 in 58 and plays on the PK.
Congrats, the best player we gave up is a 35 year old Legwand. Both score long goals that have no business going in. |

You can say this as much as you want, him being given PK minutes, and having multiple shorthanded points tells me his game is more than just a goal scorer.
He's being relied on to be an all around player, and doing well.
I would of course take Kane over him as of now, but another suspension or serious injury and who knows |
