I know this is a stretch but just a guess on my part but the only teams that might, and a big might consider CJ would be Pitt and Washington. If Holtby goes down, the Caps pin their hopes on Grubauer for their playoff run. In Pitt Zatkoff is the back up. If they want a little depth in goal they might be interested in Johnson.

I think he's here though for the rest of the year.

That's what I'm saying. Guessing he'll want a multi year deal though. 2-3 years. Hopefulluy Murray makes it clear it would only be on year.

Edmonton and Toronto low balling everyone makes Murray's attempt to make the Sabres better quicker, more difficult.
