I think McNabb is wildly overrated. Put him on a team that isn't a possession monster like LA and his game suffers.

I assumed it was called a trip because the Kings announcers were only talking about tripping. It was definitely a penalty, and I think hooking would make more sense as the call there.

I used to like Deslauriers, but what does he even bring to this team anymore? A few hits?

It seemed like he was gearing up to be a feared fighter who could put up 25 points a year. Now he's just going through the motions.

It was a hooking penalty. I said you could call it either. Just like on Brown, could've been hooking, tripping, or interference. In the end it was a borderline call, but they've made those pretty much all game. Bogo and Eichel and now King.

Those white gloves Detroit wore were pretty sick.
