Anyway regardless you have become an effective troll to the people who do actually know what they are talking about here whether you deem them knowledgeable or not...having said that the vast majority of your posts reflect that of a twelve year old with minimal hockey knowledge at best. So maybe do us all a favor try your hand in the Leafs thread? You are working your way to a really good fit over there. I truly wish you the best.
Moving along... |

Higgins might be going to Dallas as well - LeftCoaster
Higgins and Prust are both playing well in Utica actually and took their demotions like pros - can't be an easy pill to swallow - be nice if we could package and get rid of them while helping to get something in return |

His "source" is someone on Twitter called purple grimace, so don't get too excited. |

Higgins was apparently happy about it, said he enjoys playing hockey again
I'd be surprised if Prust isn't moved
Question
Would you guys do Higgins for Jared Cowen |

Yeah Johns and the first is tight - if so, would you risk drafting one of the top forwards with our high pick and then use the Dallas pick to grab a dman?? |

Cant say I know a lot about this Johns kid but anything I've read about him says the hawks are gonna regret trading him and that he was the most valuable asset in that trade. Pretty strong praise for a trade with Sharp in it.
I was hoping for one of the Russians. I still think nich is gonna be a star |

Again you need to watch a boatload more hockey my friend. You can't predict PIT will regret getting Schultz. In all actuality Schultz isn't as bad as his time in EDM. He did not benefit from poor MNGT and coaching and little to no mentorship whatsoever. He will benefit however from being mentored from guys like Letang and Crosby. And it's the East where they don't play the big heavy game all the time where the change of scenery and lack of physicality will benefit him.

Well it's 3.1m cap hit - but he's a monster - I guess it depends if Tryamkin can come in and battle for that spot next year - if so then Cowen seems redundant

Higgins is 2.5. Cowen 3.1. Werisk 600k for the chance Cowan gets on the right path. I say do it |

From what I've seem Chycerun is a great skater but doesn't it seem a little weird that the top slated D pick couldn't even crack the WJ squad? |

Who makes the team in a matter of who is picking it.
After the way they played, it's fair to say a better team could have been assembled, no?
And it's certainly more common for no underage D men on the team |

I'm not sold on him either.. I don't take him in the top 5 personally.. If we somehow get another 1st take a D man there and go heavy D the rest of the way |
