I was thinking yesterday about Clendening and had a little revelation... just happy Hutton wasn't traded for Clendening or as the d prospect in the Sutter trade.

The amount of change Benning has brought to this roster is pretty remarkable. He came in and said we need to get younger and now look at the players under 25 on the roster and has done a great job of restocking the prospect pool. His next job is going to be working on the d core an the next 24 hours could help that along. They will also have a top 10 pick this year.

Benning was hired less then 2 years ago and look drastic changes he has made in that time. I really think this team could be a hand full in 3-4 years which would be a very quick turn around.
