The amount of change Benning has brought to this roster is pretty remarkable. He came in and said we need to get younger and now look at the players under 25 on the roster and has done a great job of restocking the prospect pool. His next job is going to be working on the d core an the next 24 hours could help that along. They will also have a top 10 pick this year.

Benning was hired less then 2 years ago and look drastic changes he has made in that time. I really think this team could be a hand full in 3-4 years which would be a very quick turn around.

Bickells salary 4 mil,

Canucks have 23 man roster and would need to move one player to have Bickell play on Canucks. Bickell is a 4 th line player and we moved a 4 th line player today.

Our cap space is 2.15 mil. Higgins cap hit is 1.5 mil and Crackenell is 600 K totaling
4.2 mil.

All the stars line up properly if this is a true rumor

But 4M thats a whole seasons salary cap hit, not for 6 weeks worth. So itd be in the 600K range. Same with the rest. You are forgetting that.....
