WD pisses me of more than JB, but its a small margin haha. If they "stay pat" like the organization has been doing for 5 years, I would think owners step in. This organization seems incapable of making a trade.

Have you got your second team picked out?

That's right, thanks for digging that up for me! Brisebois was a good pick, but we made some big holes with those trade, I like sutter, but we never needed him, what a mess haha, doubtful Benning trades Vrbata, WD is talking like he's waiting for him to come back to the lineup. I dont mind any of the trades lately from benning, small trades that wont really hurt the team, its really the giving away of defensemen that bugs me.
- Crazybagoham

I have no idea what role Sutter will play on this team and it is hard to judge him after only 20 games or whatever it was but he is a better player than Bonino by far IMO and I can't fault the trade. The contract might be an other thing, but we will see.

well enough to practice, well enough to trade?
- hillbillydeluxe

At least he's fairly close to coming back, will help with the talks knowing he can actually play before the playoffs. I could see his style fitting in with St Louis (letting harder working linemates feed him the puck then he can eke a goal out :p)

Need a partner, JB has been active by all accounts, as in vs. previous regimes...

The owners are fans and my be why the stood pat for so long.

We all see the writing on the wall, we want to get younger, Miller was brought in for stability and has been that for the most part.

To be a fly on the wall, I wonder how much JB and TL influence WD when determining who starts? have to manage the goalies or we have more of the controversy/graveyard sh!t to deal with.

pls tell me to feck off, with all my answers, I don't believe all of them but repeat what I hear at times.

First they panic when a trade is made, then the panic when no trade is made, some Canuck fans are complete idiots.

If he can practice with us he can practice anywhere. Good news IMO.

They really should switch him to wing and leave him in the Top 6, give his contract and his offense. I didnt have a ton of hope for him coming from pitt, but he really does have some tools, good speed, good hands, a good shot and he's not soft like Bonino. I love how people labelled him as a 3rd line center, but who wouldnt be under Malkin/crosby. I liked him more than Hansen with the sedins, but I guess it doesnt help he's been injured for 2/3rds of the season. Agreed though, it was worth the extra assets to upgrade Bonino.

so we got zip and lost 2 top 4 d men, arguable with a couple good seasons left. And that's my problem with trading Hamhuis, draft pick are all fine and dandy, but its not a player that can play on your team any time soon.... in this case, we got Linden Vey and Brisebois for Bieksa and Garrison, absolutely terrible. And here a lot of you are, trying to seel hamhuis for a 2nd and a terrible prospect, no thanks, I'll keep my olympic gold medallist.
- Crazybagoham

Lol. Come on man. No cap space with the way the CBA worked out we had to give garrison or Edler away. Hindsight says we should have traded Edler but the years that they had prior to moving garrison Edler vastly outplayed him.
Bieksa was a tire fire last year and resigned for big money. Would you rather us tie up 6 million in Bieksa until he's 38 or move on. ..
Your sounding like a hindsight fanatic.
I can play this game.
We should have traded Raymond instead of grabner. Our not traded either of them. We should have drafted kyle beech instead of Cody Hodgson.
Should of traded lingo in the last year of his contact knowing that the new CBA would pound us hard in the Butt

2nd, 3rd and 4th i read (although i didn't hear about Kindl).
Half the Canucks fans would be up in arms if we gave away those picks.

But i agree, not too much to give up for a run (although that's easy to say now, and harder upon reflection if they don't make it past the 2nd round)

How am I butthurt? I just find it sad that I cheer for a team with people who only complain about the team, Canucks have some of the worse fans in the league.
