These are literally the 1st two I pulled up

The research is easy. I posted it earlier. The teams that score a high % of there goals on the PP are a lot of the lower scoring teams.

There is literally no disputing that 5 on 5 is twice as important as special teams. Any dispute would be anecdotal. Like pointing out singular games and using them as examples.

In a low scoring league special teams is important collectively and everything that has been stated about this has been anecdotal. Of course 5 on 5 is important, a team plays more time 5 on 5 than special teams but every team scores many more goals in much less PP time than 5 on 5. That in and of itself makes PP time worth more than 5 on 5 time.

I don't want to bring up how bad myers was running the pp vs the flyers, and special teams cost us that series
