Theres nothing to like about Vrbata - his game has changed drastically from last to this year. He went to the net last year and scored his goals, this year he takes soft wrist shots 70 feet out from the perimeter and in turn, his production has dropped almost 40%, not to mention that delicious -32 he's been flaunting around - like a white, rolled up sleeve sports jacket with matching slakes.

I agree he should have been dealt in the Summer. If he wasn't going to play with the twins anymore, they should have traded him at his peak value.

If/when the Canucks are eliminated, can they go to the AHL if Utica is in the playoffs, or is it back to Jr. if their Jr. team is still playing/playoffs?

Trade deadline in funny. Ladd is a middle of the line 2nd line player. The Hawks gave up a 1st, bluechip prospect and another pick. Now Vrbata isn't Ladd but Carlo isnt Dano or a 1
