The #Oilers have claimed Adam Pardy and Adam Cracknell, which will cost Edmonton $338,710 in cap space the rest of the regular season.

if his last name was smith he would have been a 4th rd pick
funny stat he is not related to phil or tony, but he has uncle's named phil and tony - homiedclown
I did know this.
If he'd have been able to be drafted a year earlier, he have been a top 5 pick. |

So is the general consensus that a move or two will be made for mostly picks and the big fireworks will come at the draft? |

Drouin will cost more to get IMO.
Rychel has speed, scoring ability, bangs the body, high hockey IQ and would be easier to obtain IMO. The cost would still be on the high end. - dadeadhead
could fill in for kane if they can't resign him |

So far pretty good, it's about respect now from Tampa and not money, Stamkos feels he has gotten none from them. He should be priority number 1 and he isn't. - SABRES 89
Agreed but he'd get that in Toronto too. |

Exactly. If we're going to pay for potential let's do it for Rychel. Honestly it'd probably cost a good amount and I'm assuming they'd want forwards since they have Jones and lost Johansen and now would be losing him too. Ennis, Bailey, 3rd? Probably not enough high end talent in there but maybe. |

Scored 98 points as a 16 year old.
He was being hyped as the next big thing and potential #1 pick in 07. |

88 is certainly better at cleaning up scraps around the net but other than that he is a mediocre player. |
