To be honest, I'm not sure which option is worse actually. $5mil a year could actually prevent them from doing things, $1.6 for all that time really sucks but if they're smart with the cap moving forward, it's not as big of a crutch, just really annoying. I dunno, GD it homer!!!!

it is 1.77 for 4 years after his contract runs out (23-24), but I dont think the 5 mil a year will be that rough. I think its worth waiting and trying to retain salary on him or hoping he gets expansion drafted

this one says ~ 1.7M until 2024. Not sure which is right, but you get the idea. Its terrible.

the only part I had a problem with was Pardy pushing Schenn backwards over Giroux when his helmet was off. That was pretty dangerous and a fcked up thing to do. It happened fast so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.

I think Ghost took a stick in the mouth, so that is pretty painful. Not sure where the entitlement thing is you are mentioning.

Will EDM pick a defenseman if they are picking in the top 3 this year, or another forward?
Maybe trade the pick for a top defenseman?

He did also trade Meszaros to Boston for a 3rd at the same deadline and we got a really solid prospect called Mark Friedman with that pick. Or maybe that was also Hextall's idea since he was AGM the time.
