That's where the penguins failed Drafting, bad contracts, injuries, scouting, FA signings... ughhhhhh I want a do-over so bad. Drafting has been atrocious and makes me so mad looking back at picks in hindsight over the past 5-10 years.

Hawks drafting hasn't been lights out the last five seasons or so. They hit the jackpot, in 2006 and 2007, and sprinkled in good trades, strong free agent signings to go along with already drafted players such as Seabrook, Keith and Hjalmarsson.

Bowman deserves a lot of credit but so does Tallon for laying the foundation.

Love 70s Genesis, "LAMB" WAS THEY'RE PEAK BUT Foxtrot & Selling England by the Pound were great records too. I like the first few albums they put out after Gabriel left & Phil Collins took over on vocals, "Trick of the Tail' & Wind & Wuthering are great albums as well. Once 1980 hit & the Duke tour ended it was all Pop schmop & down hill for them from there.

My first love in hockey after the Rangers were the 1984 Oilers who finally put an end to the islanders Dynasty! Ever since I liked Edmonton, then when we acquired half that team to help us win in 94 I liked them even more.
