I was really hoping someone would step up and beat Malkin's Shrek face. The Queen had every right to be angry.

I always felt that even if Nash was in one of his goal scoring funks, dude always works his ass off, drives the net, and creates tons of opportunities. I've always been a big fan of watching the guy play.

even in the down year he is having they miss him a lot. if he can play the last 3 weeks of the season before playoffs that will be huge for the team once the real season starts

Looks like I picked a good game to miss.

I guess Kreider's play, especialy on the road, is literally about the only positive we can take out of this game.

He is one of the few guys on this team that even in a down year can do special things and create something out of nothing at any moment. Other teams respect that and it opens up room for everyone else too.

he may have had a couple of forgettable games in the last week or so but overall in the last month 1/2 he is def on the upswing. heading towards the playoffs that bodes well. get nash back and acclimated to hopefully playing with Staal and get ready for a long push

Miller hasn't scored in 11 games now...I'm sure all of a sudden a lot of people feel he's the expendable one and Kreider is the one we extend in the offseason

Glass & McIlrath in the lineup, once it was 4-1 w over 2 mins left I was sure a message would be sent. If not Malkin, go for any body in Black & Yellow.

It's refreshing to see this because he has been a huge part of all three conference finals runs.

If it were Cam Ward would you be lurking around the Canes thread?
- KreiderBomb

You might have noticed there's been a bit more of a rivalry 30+ years between the Devils and Rangers. They've written books about it... You seem to show up in the Devils threads from time to time. You stalking the people in Carolina too? No, you don't go there either... But yes, it's more fun to make fun of Queenie.

If Hank is pissed the ref didn't stop the play just have him stop by Prudential Center. Blandisi will gladly help him improve his diving and acting as a professional courtesy.

Miller has had his chances and hasn't been invisible despite the lack of scoring.

This month's schedule is so tough; they better be careful here because this can get ugly very quickly.

In the words of Walter White, the Rangers should tread lightly.

Dream Theater doing a great cover of Wish You Were Here, which I would like to dedicate to Rick Nash. Handsome band.

Honestly, I didn't know he got regular PK time. I was speaking more from, was it last year or the year before he was snake bitten in the playoffs? I remember people female doging about him all the time, but all the Rangers games I watched he was ALWAYS buzzing around the net, driving the net, putting shots on goal, making ridiculous power moves.. but dude just couldn't buy a goal. Now knowing that he's a regular on the PK, it goes to show he is even more important than just the amount of offense or offensive chances he brings.

I think all Rangers fans unanimously love Lundqvist; some more than others, am I right, Jimbro?

Having said that, even the most ardent Lundqvist supporter can't excuse him for his behavior last night.

McDonagh really can't get out of his own way though in regards to hurting teammates. It's actually pretty scary how he has been involved in some of the most notorious injuries to Rangers in the last season plus.

Great caption.

Nash missing, when all is said and done, two months of hockey could be a blessing come postseason.
